2.4 Exclusion of Minors. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an individual under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds associated with such an account will be forfeited and withheld without exception.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 555xp platform. Multiple accounts associated with the same individual, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the 555xp registration process. This includes your mobile number and any other details requested. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555xp login credentials, including your username and password. 555xp will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify 555xp support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Account Transferability. Your 555xp account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any funds, credits, or entitlements associated with it to any other person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 555xp accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer methods. Minimum amounts are subject to change and the current figures displayed on the 555xp cashier page at the time of transaction shall apply.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your 555xp balance within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on the processing times of the relevant institution.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. 555xp reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. 555xp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you legitimately own. The use of third-party payment methods, fraudulently obtained funds, or funds connected to money laundering or other criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
5.1 555xp may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and validity periods which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to your 555xp account in PKR and are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
5.3 555xp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus systems, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active on a 555xp account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on 555xp are final once confirmed. 555xp reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of technical malfunction, or in connection with prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
6.2 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or other unforeseen circumstances, 555xp's settlement rules as published in the sportsbook section shall apply.
6.3 Casino Games. All casino and live dealer games at 555xp are provided by certified third-party game developers. Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical outcomes. Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over large sample sizes and do not guarantee returns on individual sessions.
6.4 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of any game, 555xp reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. Winnings derived from a clear technical error will not be honoured.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555xp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 555xp platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of anticipated profits.
10.3 555xp's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
